Students in Roxton are serviced by Chisum ISD, 3250 Church St., Paris, Texas. Chisum  ISD is a KG-12 campus housing approximately 1800 students. Chisum is in the UIL Class 3A athletic conference. Chisum offers a full range of academic and athletic events for students at all levels. Bus service is provided for students living in Roxton. Each publication of The Roxton Progress, our hometown newspaper, features a page of Chism ISD News. The Progress also features a page of Honey Grove ISD News as many students in our immediate area attend Honey Grove schools. Academics, sports, UIL events--you can find it all in the paper.

Part of the former Roxton ISD campus is now home to the Paris Area Homeschool Athletic Association (PAHAA). PAHAA exists to assist home school parents by providing quality, competitive sports programs for home-educated students. PAHAA athletic teams play home games at the L. J. Coney Gym on the school campus, 303 Denton St. Come spend an evening watching some great volleyball and basketball.  And come hungry! This concession stand dishes up some delicious food.
