The City of Roxton Justice of the Peace is Crystal Duke , Precinct 2.   The Justice of the Peace presides over the justice court in cases involving misdemeanors, small civil disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and more. She also conduct inquests and may perform marriage ceremonies. Judge Duke provides citizens with a fair and impartial court of law by interpreting and adjudicating applicable state laws and ordinances.
