Mayor & Council

The City of Roxton is a Type A General Law City. It was incorporated on March 17, 1973. The 6 member city council consists of a mayor and five council members, each serving a two year term. The Mayor and Council are the policymakers for the city. They take feedback from the community, create and approve the budget, adopt ordinances and resolutions, establish goals, and provide direction for the city government, and supervise the city employees..
