Where the locals eat, of course! The Roxton Cafe and Grocery is open T-Thur 6-2, Fri 6-8, Sat-Sun 6-2, M-closed. Noted for its hamburgers and hand battered chicken fried steak and steak fingers, there is a full menu with daily specials. Fridays are fish and shrimp day. Sundays offer the regular menu as well as the Sunday Lunch Special--just what you would find onGrandma's table, dessert included.

Roxton Cafe and Grocery, 204 Harrison St., has everything you might need or want. Here you will find all the essentials for your pantry or fridge, including fresh produce, meats, dairy, and home necessities. The grocery section is open Tues-Sat 6AM-7PM, Sunday 6AM-2PM. Closed on Monday.
Cooper's Gas Station and Car Wash, 201 Honey Grove St., has 24 hour gas and diesel available. Need to wash that travel grime and bug goo off? The fully renovated car wash can help you get it done.
Farmer's Market, located under the pavillion at the south end of downtown, is open during the spring and summer growing seasons. Fresh produce, canned jellies, jams, pickles, squash (just about anything you can can), baked goods, and often custom jewelry and other crafts can be found. And if you get there early enough, Miss Ruthie might still have some homemade icecream available. Come shop, visit, and meet the local folks.
Vintage Peacock, next to the Community Center, has treasures tucked in its every corner. Come explore. You will find antiques, interesting small furniture pieces, fine glasswear, just the perfect picture you need for that wall space, and so much more. Open on most Saturdays from 10-2.
